Principal’s Welcome

On behalf of the trust, staff and the children of Chellaston Fields Spencer Academy, I would like to warmly welcome you to our website and to thank you for taking an interest in our fabulous school. Our vision is to provide the best opportunities for our children to experience respectful and caring relationships with others. We want them to achieve personal success and always strive to be the best they can possibly be. At Chellaston Fields, we provide opportunities for all children to question and challenge what they hear and see, as they explore the world. Our aim is for all children to develop a moral compass that helps them to be brave, independent and kind and gives them the resilience to grow, ask for help and to recognise when others need it too.

At Chellaston Fields Spencer Academy, we value the contributions of our parents, carers and extended families and are committed to building strong links within the community. We know that a happy, successful school depends on us all working together as partners in education. As key educators in your children’s lives, we feel that it is important that you have a voice and that as a school we are approachable and allocate time to listen to your suggestions, worries or thoughts. We are delighted to talk with you about any aspect of your child’s learning and how you can support them at home.
